Kathy Henley joins the Commogma team bringing over 25 years of operational and leadership experience. She has managed teams from 5 – 500 across many different functional departments. She is an effective change leader with a bias towards action. 

Kathy began her career in communications at a time when the industry was just adopting digital technologies. She has experienced the change and expansion of the industry from the inside and is well-versed in multiple communication and payment methods.

Kathy builds teams based on honesty, transparency, inclusion and trust. She believes that when you give people the correct support and tools, anything is possible. She enjoys building cross-functional teams to stabilize, improve and build strong processes. Her most recent success in this area brought savings of over 5 million dollars to the company she was contracted with through process improvement, vendor negotiations and updated staffing models.

Whether on the production floor or in the boardroom, Kathy enjoys working with people to improve and enrich not only the company they are working with, but the daily lives of the team through process improvement.
